Subscriptions
BlockID offers three plans and a self-service trial. This page covers what each plan includes, how a trial flows from signup to dashboard, the subscription statuses you'll see, and how admins manage subscriptions.
Plans
Starter
For small teams getting started — core issuance, verification, and a single organization.
Professional
For growing organizations — higher volumes, more DIDs and schemas, and API access.
Enterprise
For large deployments — the highest limits, advanced oversight, and tailored terms.
Exact limits and features for each plan are presented on the public pricing page (/pricing.php) and in Marketing Admin.
Self-service trial
Anyone can start a trial without sales contact. The flow is:
Visit /signup.php, enter your details, and create your account and organization.
Onboarding
A short guided onboarding helps you set up your first organization details and your Super/Org Admin.
Land on the dashboard
You're taken to /dashboard.php to create DIDs, schemas, and your first credential. Follow Getting Started.
Subscription statuses
A subscription moves through clear statuses, visible to admins:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
trial | Active trial period after self-service signup. |
pending_payment | Trial converting / awaiting payment setup. |
active | A live, paid subscription. |
past_due | A payment is overdue (where applicable). |
cancelled | The subscription has been cancelled. |
expired | The trial or term ended without renewal. |
Payments
pending_payment → active transition will be automated.Managing subscriptions
Super Admin Subscriptions are reviewed and changed in Marketing Admin. From there you can see each organization's plan and status and adjust it as needed. See the Admin Guide → Marketing admin.
